WE HAVE STARTED THE PROCEDURE LAST WEEK

After a long delay, we have reached at least the day we signed the Engagement Agreement (Friday last week) and started leveraging the financial and business plan of the resident houses construction. It lasted more than two months of negotiations and modification of the costs for the project. Now we are direct for the door.

Our client is going to prepare all the documents for further improvement, analysis, and necessary amendments. The estimated time period for finishing this work and for arriving the final proposal is by 31.5.2020

Po dlhom prestoji sme konečne dosiahli deň, keď sme podpísali poverovaciu zmluvu a začali práce na úpravách obchodného a finančného plánu výstavby obytných budov. Trvalo to viac, ako dva mesiace rokovaní a úpravách nákladov na projekt. Ale teraz sme tesne prdo dvermi.

Náš klient plánuje teraz prípravu všetkých dokumrntov v záume ich vylepšenia, analýzu a nevyhnutné pripomienky. Očakávaný termín dokončenia týchti prác je najneskôr do 31. mája 2020.
