NEXT STEP TO SUCCESS

On Friday we met our business partner to negotiate the open questions regarding the construction of residential homes near Bratislava worth 6-10 mil. EUR. We have spoken about the structure of the financing, ith volume, and the estimated cash flow. We came to the result and settled the conditions down. In accordance with this, we offered our customer an indicative offer and hopefully, we will make the next step to start the analysis of the business and financial plan and arrive at the best possible solution of the financing.

V piatok sme sa stretli s našim obchodným partnerom, aby sme prerokovali otázky výstavby obytných domov neďaleko Bratislavy v hodnote 6-10 mil. EUR. Hovorili sme o štruktúre financovania, jeho objeme a očakávanom priebehu čerpania a vrátenia finančných prostriedkov. Dospeli sme k záveru a dohodnuté podmienky se spísali. V súlade s tým sme pripravili a zaslali nášmu partnerovi indikatívnu ponuku a dúfame, že celý proces posunieme ďalej a začneme čo najskôr analýzu obchodného a finančného plánu a dosiahneme čo najlepšie podmienky financovania projektu.
