A PLANT ASQUISITION

After a series of negotiations, we have finde a solution for financing the acquisition of a Plant in the Slovak Republik. As we have signed a non-disclosure and non-circumvent agreement with our client, this time is not possible to release more relevant information regarding this project.

Po viacnásobnom rokovaní s naším klientom sme dospeli k záveru a našli riešenie na financovanie odkúpenia závodu na Slovensku. Keďže sme s klientom podpísali dohodu o neobchádzaní a mlčanlivosti, v súčasnom období nie je možné zverejniť ďalšie podrobnosti projektu.
