During the process of communication with various professions - architects, developers, representatives of construction companies, and others - we found that there are a number of projects on the market that are based on archives or have not yet been implemented for various reasons. On the other hand, there are more and more applicants who are looking for suitable projects for implementation. We, therefore, want to create a platform where everyone can find a project of their interest from their offer, which they can choose from, and we mediate access to their current owners.
